Donate Life Day began in 2005 as a community donor awareness event in Jacksonville, Florida. The event includes numerous donor and transplant-related organizations such as LifeQuest Organ Recovery Services, the Southeast Tissue Alliance, Nielsen Organ Transplant Foundation, St. Andrews Lighthouse, Florida Tissue Services, The Blood Alliance, and others. Donate Life Day events promise to be a fun and entertaining with organ donor registration and awareness in mind.
