Welcome to the official site of Donate Life Day in Jacksonville! This year’s event will be held at the Jacksonville Landing on Saturday, April 3rd from 3pm until closing. We are working on many initiatives concerning that day: live music featuring Alex Band and many others, family-friendly festivities, media coverage, Bloodmobile participation, signage, sponsorships, a silent auction, video profiles of donors/recipients, and many other projects that will culminate in making April 3rd a “true celebration of the gift of life.”
We welcome your support and involvement in organ donation! You might be wondering how you can help; initially, join our Facebook cause page. Links are provided on the front page of this site so that you can easily find it. You may also choose to make tax-deductible contributions through the Facebook page. 100% of your contributions go toward organ donor assistance, awareness, and advocacy. We also encourage you to invite any and all of your Facebook friends to join the cause too! It’s easy – just go to the Donate Life Day cause page, click on the “invite” link and your list of friends will pop open. You can invite up to 60 per day in one fell swoop, with just a few mouse clicks! Finally, tell your friends about Donate Life Day; it’s free, promises to be a lot of fun, and benefits the entire community.

Proceeds from the sale of Donate Life Day apparel, accessories and flair will be donated to TRIO of Northeast Florida and Donate Life Florida!
Thank you all so very much for organizing this event. It’s an awesome effort and a great opportunity to bring our community together for a very worthwhile cause.
Wish I could be there today to join the fun and to encourage everyone to register as an organ donor. I registered as an Organ Donor many years ago when I got my Florida Driver License. Do I need to register with Donate Life Florida as well?
